What we know
Lesedi Local Municipality covers Heidelberg, Ratanda, Devon, Impumelelo and Vischkuil, in the south-east of Gauteng.
We could not find a building plan process, checklist or tariff for Lesedi online in October 2026. The National Building Regulations apply here as everywhere, and the documents almost every council asks for are on our submission checklist. The local details have to be confirmed at the municipality before a submission.
