Where plans for Alexandra go
Plans for Alexandra go to the City of Johannesburg, and everything runs online through CPMS, the city's Construction Permit Management System. Only SACAP-registered professionals can submit on it, so homeowners go through whoever draws their plans. The process, fees and checklist are on our Johannesburg page.
Most of the process runs on CPMS: https://cpms.joburg.org.za.
