Where plans for Pretoria Moot go
Plans for Pretoria Moot go to the City of Tshwane. Tshwane is split into seven regions, and its online system, NAPS, started in Regions 1 (Akasia and Soshanguve) and 4 (Centurion) when it launched in December 2024. Check with the city whether your region takes NAPS submissions yet. The full process and fees are on our Tshwane page.
Most of the process runs on NAPS on e-Tshwane: https://www.e-tshwane.co.za/NAPS/.
